1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, there is a very limited window to make changes:
The 4-Hour Window: You may request a cancellation or change to your order (size, color, or quantity) within 4 hours of the purchase time.
Submission Method: Please email support@jalurpro.com immediately with your Order Number in the subject line.
Post-Processing: After the 4-hour window has passed, orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment center and can no longer be modified or stopped.
2. SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We strongly recommend double-checking:
Exact house, apartment, or suite numbers.
Correct Street name and spelling.
Accurate ZIP Code and State selection.
Disclaimer: Jalurpro is not liable for orders that are lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong location due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
3. UNDELIVERABLE & RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If a carrier returns a package to our facility marked as “Undeliverable,” “Insufficient Address,” or “Refused”:
The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item to a corrected address.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable in instances of delivery failure caused by address inaccuracies.
