Refund Policy

At Jalurpro, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our commitment to a fair, transparent, and efficient refund process.
1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY & APPROVAL
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
2. REFUND TIMELINE & METHOD
Upon approval, your refund will be processed under the following terms:
● Processing Window: Refunds are issued within 7 business days of approval.
● Payment Method: Credits are automatically applied to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, or PayPal).
● Bank Processing: Please note it may take an additional 3–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
3. FEES & SHIPPING COSTS
No Restocking Fees
Jalurpro does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
- Damaged or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will refund 100% of the cost, including original shipping fees.
- Customer Remorse: If you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jalurpro.com.
