02. Order Processing
Orders placed after our 5:00 PM CST cut-off will be initiated the following business day. Our quality control includes:
- Multi-point item inspection.
- Secure eco-friendly packaging.
- Carrier documentation prep.
03. Real-Time Tracking
We utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx for all domestic shipments. A tracking confirmation email will be dispatched once your order leaves our facility.
Note: Please allow 24 hours for carrier tracking systems to update.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event of damage during transit, please notify support@jalurpro.com within 48 hours with photographic evidence. For packages marked “Delivered” but not found, we recommend verifying with neighbors or local postal stations before filing a claim.
Shipping Destinations
Jalurpro currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories (PR, GU, VI), as well as APO/FPO military addresses.
Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Once an order has entered the “Shipped” status, we are unable to redirect the package or modify the address.
